What type of glass do you use? TOP
All beads are created using soft glass, Effetre(Moretti), CIM, Vetrofond, ASK 104. When will my beads be shipped? TOP
All bead sets are made ready to go, they will be shipped within 2 days of purchase and payment received. Do you accept special orders? TOP
Yes, I do accept special orders. If you have a favorite color combination or you are designing a special piece and do not see what you are looking for, just email me and we can work out the details. How long will it take for my special order to be shipped? TOP
I will need approximately 7 days to ship special order sets. Will you duplicate an order that is already sold? TOP
I truly enjoy making one-of-a-kind bead sets. I would prefer not to make duplicate sets unless you are the individual who ordered the original set. However, I would be happy to create similar sets in similar colors. How will my beads be shipped? TOP
Beads are shipped via USPS, First Class shipping with delivery confirmation unless otherwise specified. If you need priority shipping, just send me an email and I will then quote you a price. Will my beads look like the images on the computer? TOP
Since computer screens vary, your image may not reflect the exact colors of the beads. I do the best I can in trying to capture the colorful hues of my beads. Although I could probably use some photography tips :)
